Psychological Testing

Psychological testing is one of the greatest tools available to psychologists.  Testing is utilized to deepen understanding and provide a more thorough and accurate case conceptualization to inform treatment planning.  Patients are often referred for testing by others who seek to improve their understanding of the patient.  Referrals often come from other mental health providers, physicians, psychiatrists, schools, parents, attorneys, and the Courts.

Psychological testing services include evaluations for:

  • Learning disabilities and cognitive impairments
  • ADHD
  • Underlying personality pathology
  • Mood and Anxiety Disorders
  • Psychosis
  • Dissociative pathology
  • PTSD and trauma-related disorders
